Cherry red wine with brown trim. Aromas of compote of ripe black fruits of the forest, toasted, truffle, vanilla and cappuccino aromas. Round and fleshy with sweet tannins, notes of caramel, plum raisins and buttery memories.
Variety: 100% Tempranillo comes from old vines.
Elaboration: Harvest and manual selection, controlled alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.
Aging: 18 months in French, American and Central European (Hungarian) oak barrels.
Conservation: Keep in a cold place and keep in a horizontal position.
Temperature: Optimal consumption 16-18ºC / 60-64ºF
Excellent for sausage, barbecue, macerated meat and stews.
Special food: Grilled ox steak cooked with oak. If it had to be paired with fish, it would be taken with cod or a fish with sauce, even with some spice.
