Cherry color wine. Aroma of ripe berries, such as currant and cranberry with spicy aromas, toasted a touch of tobacco and vanilla. The palate is round, meaty, with velvety canines and an elegant aftertaste.


Variety: 100% Tempranillo comes from old vines.

Elaboration: Harvest and manual selection, alcoholic fermentation controlled at 28ºC in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels.

Aging: 6 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in American barrels.

Conservation: Keep in a cold place and keep in a horizontal position.

Temperature: Optimal consumption 16 – 18ºC / 60 – 64ºF


Perfect for a good meat, cheese, rice, pasta and some kind of spicy food. Special food: pasta with truffle, olive oil and partisan cheese. If you had to pair it with fish, you could have it with a cod or a fish with sauce, even a spicy fish.
