The difference of this wine is the intense and bright cherry red with garnet rims. The aroma recalls berries, balsamic and toasted aromas. It is a balanced wine, structured with very soft tannins in the mouth.

Variety: 100% Tempranillo comes from old vines.

Elaboration: Harvesting and manual selection, controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: 3 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in American barrels.

Conservation: Keep in a cold place and keep in a horizontal position.

Temperature: Optimal consumption 16-18ºC / 60-64ºF
Perfect to accompany with cheese, rice, pasta, young meat (beef, pork …) and some spicy food.
