Cherry color, intense and clean, red eggplant tones. Aromas of forest fruits, vanilla and balsamic. Balanced, with a good structure, velvety and round tannins, soft notes of coffee and vanilla.
Variety: 100% Tempranillo comes from old vines.
Elaboration: Harvest and manual selection, alcoholic fermentation controlled at 28ºC in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels.
Aging: 3 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in American barrels.
Conservation: Keep in a cold place and keep in a horizontal position.
Temperature: Optimal consumption 16 – 18ºC / 60 – 64º
Perfect as an appetizer, with sausages, soft cheeses, rice, pasta and pizzas. Special food: Potatoes straw with olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, lemon and a little parsley. If it had to be matured with a fish, it is recommended with cod in sauce.
